Great Lakes Compact Advisory Board
The Ohio Great Lakes Compact Advisory Board, authorized and created by HB416 of the 127th Ohio General Assembly, is statutorily charged with developing recommendations to the Governor and the Ohio General Assembly concerning the implementation of Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Compact. The Advisory Board started its work in March 2009 and is scheduled to issue recommendations by June 2010.
