When every day is election day: Early voting begins Sept. 28: September 23, 2010; Posted by: Gary Smith; Ohio law allows early voting to begin 35 days before the day of a primary or a general election. Personally, I like the “feel” of waking up in the morning, and before work, taking the ride to the poll with my seven-year-old daughter, and allowing her to participate in the process with me.
