- The Ohio Senate Finance and Appropriations Committee just passed, along a party-line vote, HJR12, a resolution which would continue Ohio's successful Third Frontier Program. The substitute version of the resolution provides for $500 million for the program over 4 years. The resolution, as amended, also provides $100 million for the Ohio Public Works Commission--for infrastructure.
