GCP supports extension of Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit: May 09, 2011; Posted by: Marty McGann; In the recently passed version of the Ohio operating budget (Substitute HB 153), the Ohio House added language extending the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit. Created four years ago, the program offered a refundable tax credit equal to 25 percent of qualifying rehabilitation expenditures on a historic building. The proposal extends the program indefinitely and caps the annual tax credit allocation at $25 million. GCP supports incentives that will keep best teachers in our schools: May 02, 2011; Posted by: Marty McGann; The Greater Cleveland Partnership is stepping up its advocacy efforts to improve K-12 education in Ohio with testimony today in support of HB 153 before the Ohio House Finance Committee by Advocacy SVP Carol Caruso.
