CEO 5 by 3 Agenda
The Commission on Economic Inclusion's "CEO 5 x 3 Agenda" is a list of priority actions created to provide Commission-member CEOs with the tools they need to lead their organization's diversity and inclusion efforts. This includes enhancing and sustaining progress in the four metrics that the Commission measures: board, senior management, workforce and supplier diversity.
It also provides action steps related to metrics that can help Commission members improve the level of inclusion within their companies and organizations.
