Diversity Professionals


The Commission's Diversity Professionals Group (DPG) is composed of senior-level staff from Commission-member organizations who are responsible for developing and implementing diversity management goals and initiatives within their organizations. The group holds quarterly forums (see below) for constructive problem-solving, the sharing of best practices, and networking and educational programs about diversity and inclusion issues. NOTE: Some DPG meeting presentations are available for download.

May 25, 2011:  Best-practices presentations were given by representatives from four of the Commission's 2010 Best-in-Class honorees at the program hosted by The Lubrizol Corporation:

  • Workforce Diversity: Dr. Marilyn Mobley, vice president, inclusion diversity and equal opportunity, Case Western Reserve University; and Pamela Barbee, human resources manager, U.S. Bank;
  • Senior Management Diversity: Deborah Bridwell, senior director, inclusion initiatives, Greater Cleveland Partnership, for Quentin McCorvey, senior vice president, corporate diversity strategies and programs, KeyBank;
  • Supplier Diversity: Diana Starks, assistant vice president and diversity officer, Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
