Please register your organization’s nominees (1- 3 individuals) by Oct. 8.

1. Who should attend: Position titles vary across organizations. Please nominate up to three of the most senior functional leaders in your organization who will be in a position to drive change-management initiatives. (Examples: COO, CFO, Sr. VP of Purchasing) This session is not targeted for CEOs or senior diversity professionals.

2. Pre-read materials: We will send registrants two items:

  • Executive Summary, Commission on Economic Inclusion's 2009 Employers Survey on Diversity™
  • Your organization’s confidential scorecard based on comparison to survey data. The CEO and senior diversity professional received these documents in May.
