Third Frontier Public Briefing: 2010 Funding Opportunities

NorTech will host representatives of the Ohio Department of Development's Technology and Innovation Division on July 17 for a discussion about  Ohio Third Frontier funding opportunities for FY 2010, including programs, funding amounts and the schedule for release of Requests for Proposals.

    ADVANCED ENERGY GRANT-WRITING WORKSHOP

    Immediately following the Third Frontier briefing on July 17, NorTech will host a grant-writing workshop to help companies, academic research institutions, and entrepreneurs prepare for advanced energy Requests for Proposals (RFPs) through Ohio's Third Frontier. The workshop will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. also at the Embassy Suites in Independence.

    Ohio's Third Frontier will issue RFPs in late July 2009 for the Advanced Energy FY2010 Program. The half-day session will help Northeast Ohio companies, entrepreneurs, and academic research institutions prepare for the upcoming RFP process. You’ll learn about writing winning Third Frontier proposals, focused on advanced energy technologies.
