Xiamen China Trade Delegation visits Cleveland


The Xiamen, China, Trade Delegation would like to meet with, and learn more about, individuals representing the following types of businesses:

  • U.S. companies interested in exporting to China that might consider using Xiamen as the point of entry into China
  • U.S. companies interested in establishing a physical presence in Xiamen (via joint venture, WFOE, etc.) in any of the following business sectors:
    - high-tech manufacturing
    - electrical apparatus
    - PV solar and new/clean energy
    - environmental protection devices/technologies
    - bio-tech and medical devices/health industries
    - aerospace
  • M&A targets in Ohio for expansion of local companies in Xiamen
  • International exhibition and convention organizers/agencies.

Speakers include representatives from Ulmer & Berne LLP; Michael Gibbons, Brown Gibbons Lang & Company; Deb Sherer, Ohio Department of Development; Susan Whitney, U.S. Commercial Service; and Arthur Zhang, Xiamen Investment Promotion Agency.
