This two-day course, offered by the American Red Cross of Greater Cleveland, will cover several topics that can help companies plan for, and be prepared to handle, crisis situations and emergencies. Topics include:

  • Crisis Communication
  • Employee Theft
  • Intellectual Property Security
  • Generation Ready(TM) training
