Diversity Professionals Group

Please join us for our first quarterly Diversity Professionals Group meeting of 2011.

  • When: Wed. Feb. 16, 7:30 a.m. breakfast; 8 to 10 a.m. program
  • Where: MetroHealth, 2500 MetroHealth Drive, Cleveland, Ohio 44109
  • Topic: Introduction to Implementing Diversity and Inclusion Change Management
  • Presenters: Karen Gilliam, PhD, Manager, Organization & Employee Development, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District; and Lisa Gaynier, executive director, Diversity Management Program, Cleveland State University

This program will launch our year-long focus on change management. These sessions will assist our members with accomplishing their diversity and inclusion goals through the application of change management tools and strategies.

Objectives:

  • Assist participants in conceptualizing a change management process for their organization
  • Provide participants with concrete action steps for each of the change phases
  • Help participants understand the inter-linkages among various change tactics
