The Greater Cleveland Partnership invites its members to join community leaders, individuals and organizations at the Global Cleveland Summit on May 25 in a day devoted to discussion and action steps for making Cleveland a more global and welcoming city. The GCP is one of the event sponsors.

During the summit, work groups will address topics that are key to Global Cleveland’s mission and programming such as:
- Retaining international students by engaging businesses
- Talent sourcing strategies: Assisting businesses with retention and connection
- Creating welcoming neighborhoods
- Fostering boomerang attraction
- Creating a welcoming culture: Connecting refugees to economic opportunity
- Leveraging relationships in ethnic communities and other affinity groups to bolster the population.
Global Cleveland is an organization focused on regional economic development through actively attracting newcomers, welcoming and connecting them both economically and socially to the many opportunities throughout Greater Cleveland.
