Morning Conversation: Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur

Greater Cleveland Partnership and COSE members are invited to join us for a Morning Conversation with Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur from 7:45 a.m. to 9 a.m., Monday, Dec. 12 at the GCP/COSE offices at PlayhouseSquare.

Congresswoman Kaptur, who represents Northern Ohio's Ninth Congressional District, is the senior-most woman in the U.S. House of Representatives. She serves on the House Appropriations Committee and three of its subcommittees: Defense, Agriculture, and Transportation/Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Congresswoman Kaptur also serves on the prestigious House Budget Committee for the 112th Congress.

She is a passionate supporter of issues important to her district and the GCP, including the Great Lakes, transportation and infrastructure, and NASA. Additionally, she is a leader in the areas of veterans affairs, defense and international affairs.
