YSU 2011 Sustainable Energy Forum
The 2011 Youngstown State University (YSU) Sustainable Energy Forum combines national perspectives with a regional economic development focus on specific initiatives within the Ohio/Pennsylvania/West Virginia (TechBelt) area. The objective of the Forum is to bring together entrepreneurs, small technology companies, academia, large energy companies, and regional economic development resources to discuss technology needs, innovations and paths to market. The YSU Forum promotes the growth of area businesses and enables new energy technologies. A particular focus this year will be on “Driving Down the Commercialization Cost of Energy,” accelerating economic growth, energy savings, and sustainable energy initiatives.
Thanks to several generous sponsors, the YSU Sustainable Energy Forum is free to all participants. Space is limited, so please register early. Interested in presenting at the forum? Call for abstracts are due April 22, 2011.
