The Commission on Economic Inclusion and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) invite you to attend the second program in an exciting new series for senior leadership, "Dialogues on Diversity," with featured speaker Marcus Glover, senior vice president and general manager of Horseshoe Cleveland, the $350 million casino development in downtown Cleveland’s historic Higbee Building.
The program will be held Wednesday, December 4, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., with a reception to follow at the CMBA offices on the second level of the Galleria, 1301 East Ninth Street. Parking is available in the Galleria garage (entrance on Lakeside Avenue) for $3.00 after 4 p.m.
"Dialogues on Diversity" will engage area leaders from the legal and corporate community in important discussions about the business and ethical case for diversity and inclusion, as well as effective strategies to promote and improve diversity and inclusion within area businesses, firms, organizations and the public sector. Speakers will share their insights on dealing with the challenges of attracting and retaining diverse candidates within their organizations, focusing on best practices and innovative efforts that are making a positive difference.

Marcus Glover is charged with ensuring that Horseshoe Cleveland maximizes connectivity and economic impact, while upholding Caesars’ world-class management standards, including a commitment to diversity in the workplace.
A native of Aiken, S.C., he earned a finance degree from Morehouse College and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is a 10-year veteran of the gaming industry.
