Steve Gravenkemper leads Plante Moran’s Talent & Organizational Development practice. With more than 20 years’ experience as a consulting psychologist, he specializes in advising organizations on improving business results by increasing the performance of leaders, teams, and organizational culture.
Aaron Grossman is president of Alliance Solutions Group, a full-service staffing and recruitment firm headquartered in Independence. Grossman, a graduate of Miami University of Ohio with a bachelor’s degree in finance, formed Alliance Solutions Group in 2001 with two partners and became the company’s president in 2006.
Jody Wheaton is executive director, client solutions and program management, with Corporate College, a division of Cuyahoga Community College. She engages clients in a performance consulting role in the development and delivery of holistic talent management solutions that meet unique business needs.
