Morning Conversation: State Senator Sandra Williams

Greater Cleveland Partnership members are invited to join us for a morning conversation with State Senator Sandra Williams.
A native Clevelander, Senator Williams represents Ohio's 21st Senate District and previously served in the Ohio House of Representatives. She has spent more than two decades in public service and has been influential on key public policy issues that positively impacted Northeast Ohio including development and passage of the plan to reform Cleveland schools.
She also supported key investments in downtown economic development projects and provided leadership on transformational community development projects such as the Opportunity Corridor.
Senator Williams is a member of various standing committees in the Senate including Education, Criminal Justice and Ways and Means in addition to being appointed to serve on the Energy Mandates Study Committee.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University in political science with a minor in criminal justice, a master’s in criminal justice administration from Tiffin University, and an executive master’s in business administration from Cleveland State University.
