Our keynote lineup features three individuals who have used their strong business intellect, creativity, and experience to take their respective companies and clients to extraordinary levels.
Mark Thompson is a highly sought-after expert on executive coaching and leadership, business strategy, innovation, and venture capital investment.
An early investor in companies such as Facebook, Netflix and Esurance, he has worked side-by-side with three of the world’s most legendary disruptive innovators: Steve Jobs, Charles Schwab and Virgin Group founder Sir Richard Branson.
He brings insight from decades of experience with these great leaders and research on the culture of companies and brands that achieve the highest levels of employee engagement, customer loyalty and continuous sales growth.
Ted Frank brings over 25 years of finance and operations experience at high growth technology companies to his role as CFO of Ohio’s first “unicorn” CoverMyMeds – acquired in January by McKesson for $1.1 billion.
With the company since 2013, he focuses on growth-oriented asset allocation, scalability, profitability and business visibility through the management of financial strategy, financial operations, ERP/CRM/forecasting systems, legal services and enterprise intelligence.
He will share his experience as a key player in the company’s exponential achievement in a little less than a decade and more about what’s on the horizon as they continue to grow.
Bonin Bough is one of the most highly regarded and award-winning marketing executives with more than 15 years’ experience, ranging from digital marketing, strategic planning and project execution to leading and building global digital marketing practices within agencies and on the client side.
He has helped reinvigorate traditional marketing by combining innovative tech via breakthrough campaigns for numerous billion-dollar brands including Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, Oreo, Honey Maid and Gatorade.
Most recently, he was host of LeBron James’ Cleveland Hustles, a reality television series that aired on CNBC in 2016.
