Promote Transparency and Awareness of Diversity Policies

06.27.18 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Location:
GCP Offices

The 2008 financial crisis caused widespread hardship to consumers and the financial services industry. Communities of color were disproportionally impacted both as consumers and employees of financial services companies. Likewise, large institutions’ efforts to utilize women-owned and minority-owned businesses decreased significantly during the economic downturn. Because of this, Section 342 of Dodd-Frank was created in 2010.

Join us for a conversation with Monique Winston who just returned from Capitol Hill and will provide information from both sides of the aisle. This event will:

  • Look back at the implementation of this act
  • Discuss the legislative outlook going forward
  • Provide takeaways on how your company can promote transparency and awareness of diversity policies and practices
