In April of 2007, Ted was appointed as Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer of R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc., an award-winning consulting firm, providing a wide variety of engineering, architectural and surveying services to the public and private sectors. Clients such as Honda of America, PPG Industries, ArcelorMittal Steel, The Ohio Department of Transportation, and numerous municipalities throughout Northern Ohio have turned to R.E. Warner for design and construction assistance.
Ted is responsible for leading the manufacturing, chemical process and power markets along with his duties as Operations Manager. He joined R.E. Warner in 2002 as Operations Manager responsible for the supervision and leadership of Technical Departments and in 2004, Ted was elected to the Board of Directors. Ted holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University, is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio, Indiana and Virginia and has more than 20 years experience in design, project management and construction administration for capital and maintenance projects for manufacturing, chemical process and power facilities.
Mr. Beltavski is President of the Cleveland Engineering Society and also served as former President of the Association for Bridge Construction and Design’s (ABCD) Northeast Ohio Chapter.
