Physical Development 

Transforming Cleveland and its urban neighborhoods into communities of opportunity requires the collaboration of public and private sector partners. GCP works in a collaborative effort toward shared goals to re-establish Greater Cleveland's prominence in the regional economy.

Public / Private-Sector Partners

Cleveland Development Advisors is a GCP affiliate that manages private-sector investment capital to advance economic and community development in the City of Cleveland. CDA is dedicated to improving the quality of residential and commercial activity and fostering employment opportunities through local economic development. Since its inception in 1989, CDA has been a prominent investor in real estate projects that contribute toward the economic vitality of the region.

Downtown Cleveland Alliance is a non-profit advocate for downtown revitalization. DCA works to strengthen the economic vitality of downtown Cleveland by creating a vibrant business community and neighborhood-friendly destination. In collaboration with its stakeholders, DCA creates and implements programs that enhance quality of life, including economic development assistance, marketing and special events, advocacy and strategic initiatives.

Development Activities

The City of Cleveland is experiencing significant reinvestment downtown and within its urban areas. The numerous real estate development projects planned and underway are destined to improve the City's neighborhood appeal and bolster its regional competitiveness. These catalytic real estate investments will spur new economic activity throughout the city and further encourage investment in our urban infrastructure.
