Opportunity Corridor Community Involvement

Opportunity Corridor Community Involvement

Meaningful community engagement is an essential component in the Opportunity Corridor meeting the diverse needs and interest of the community. The Opportunity Corridor Steering Committee strives to implement a process that educates the community about the project and its value to the community, encourages public conversation and input, builds strategic partnerships and sustains long-term community revitalization efforts. In doing so, the committee aspires to create an environment that enables the community to fully participate in the decision-making process for the Opportunity Corridor. Community outreach activities will include open forums, community stakeholder presentations, business leadership presentations and organized tours of the corridor.
