Our Policy

The GCP uses its best efforts to respect the privacy of its online visitors. The information collected by the GCP Website is mainly contact information for the business entities that form our membership. However, information about you as an individual, such as your name, title and contact information may be collected along with your business’ general contact information. The GCP only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, e-mail addresses, etc., when voluntarily and knowingly submitted by a visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected in order to respond to a stated desire to volunteer time, register for one of our programs or events, or receive informational materials. This information is used solely by the GCP or other entities who are involved in the operation of this site for internal purposes.

We will only share personally identifiable information with third parties when (i) the person submitting the information authorizes us to share it; (ii) sharing the information is necessary for the operation of the site, or (iii) we are required to by law. The GCP will never sell your business or personally identifiable information.

The GCP does make your business name and business contact information available in our on-line directory of GCP members. In addition, the GCP provides business contact information for our members to the GCP Preferred Partners. Preferred Partners are GCP members who provide a valuable service or product at a discount to other GCP members. Any communications from Preferred Partners to other GCP members must be submitted to the GCP for internal approval before they are distributed to our members.

Although our Preferred Partners are other GCP members offering products and services that may be beneficial to your business, we understand that some of our members may prefer not to receive this solicitation. If you would prefer your business information be omitted from the business contact information shared with our Preferred Partners, or omitted from the GCP’s on-line directory, please contact us at the address listed above. Please keep in mind the GCP cannot guarantee that you will not be contacted by a Preferred Partner, as your business contact information may be obtained from other sources not under the control of the GCP.

How Do We Use "Cookies"?

Visitors should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected by the GCP Website through the use of "cookies."
