CDA closes on financing for new urban high school

Cleveland Development Advisors (CDA), an affiliate of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, closed on financing for the new Saint Martin de Porres High School (SMDP) in the St. Clair Superior neighborhood.

SMDP is a Cristo Rey Network school that provides children of modest economic means with an education experience that includes work study, service, leadership training and spirituality.

SMDP has undertaken A Step Along the Way capital campaign to construct a new 65,000 square foot school. CDA provided Federal and Ohio New Markets Tax Credits as well as a loan. To learn more about the school and the capital campaign, visit www.saintmartincleveland.org/a-step-along-the-way/.
