10th Annual Inclusion Conference

This full-day experience will give participants the tools they need to take part in Bold, Inclusive Conversations®. The forum will introduce topics such as psychological safety, trauma, and polarization that are critical to understanding how the sociopolitical environment shapes the workplace and communities. Via an open forum, participants will have the freedom to share their fears, thoughts, and concerns while also laying the groundwork to engage in Bold, Inclusive Conversations®

Specific Areas of Focus Will Include:

•the role of fostering self- and ‘other-understanding’;
•assessing individual and team readiness; 
•preparing for conversations;
•guidance for engaging in conversations;
•strategies for sharpening inclusive habits; and
•applying the Model for Bold, Inclusive Conversations®

Mary-Frances Winters, founder and CEO of The Winters Group, Inc., a 34-year-old global organization development and diversity and inclusion consulting firm, truly believes that diversity and inclusion work is her "passion and calling." Dubbed a thought leader in the field, for the past three decades she has impacted over hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals with her thought provoking message, and her approach to diversity and inclusion. Ms. Winters is a master strategist with experience in strategic planning, change management, diversity, organization development, training and facilitation, systems thinking and qualitative and quantitative research methods.
