The Commission on Economic Inclusion, a program of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, provides its members with national diversity resources through its partnership with DiversityInc, the leading source of information on diversity management.
DiversityInc is the leading source of information on diversity management. A consultancy, it also publishes two websites, www.DiversityInc.com and www.DiversityIncBestPractices.com, as well as a magazine, published five times a year. In addition, it produces diversity events, which average more than 600 attendees from 200 companies and have featured more than 20 CEOs of major corporations.
The core of DiversityInc’s information gathering is The DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity competition. Now in its 16th year, almost 1,600 companies participated in the 2015 survey. The data received in that competition provides information on what defines top accomplishment and the correlated best practices that are necessary to achieve it.
DiversityInc’s CEO and owner is Luke Visconti, who has been a frequent presenter at several Commission events. He directs all editorial and business operations of the publication, as well as events and the consulting practice. His column, "Ask the White Guy," is a top draw."
DiversityInc was founded in 1998 as a web-based publication; the print magazine was launched in 2002.
