Cleveland Orchestra, GCP and City of Cleveland seek nominations for 12th annual Community Service Awards

CLEVELAND--The Cleveland Orchestra, in cooperation with the City of Cleveland and the Greater Cleveland Partnership, through the Commission on Economic Inclusion, is currently accepting nominations for the 12th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Service Awards, which will be presented at the Orchestra’s Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Concert at Severance Hall on Sunday, January 18, 2015, at 7 p.m.

$6B in Greater Cleveland construction activity creating job opportunities, challenges diverse workers

Cleveland—A study commissioned by a public-private partnership working to increase participation by diverse and City of Cleveland residents in Greater Cleveland construction projects has found significant long-term job opportunities based on $6.2 billion in planned projects.
