Diversity Professionals Group: The Many Sidea of Allyship

Diversity Professionals Group: The Many Sides of Allyship

Members are invited to join us for a session focused on unpacking and exploring the topic of the Many Sides of Allyship at both the organizational and individual levels. As the topic of allyship continues to emerge as an important part of organizational culture and employee engagement strategy, human resource professionals and diversity professionals are becoming more intentional at incorporating this topic into their overall strategy for a supportive work culture for all.

Joining us to share more about the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland approach to allyship and to facilitate our discussion will be Elfreda A. Chatman-Walter (“Alfie”), manager of diversity & inclusion within the division of People & Culture.

Attendees will participate in a facilitated discussion unpacking case studies on allyship and barriers to creating an inclusive work environment that can be used within their respective organizations and will receive and discuss targeted ways to be a better workplace ally.
