Join us for a half day entirely focused on giving your company the tools you need to implement EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®. EOS is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs and business leaders get what they want from their businesses. By mastering this simple way of operating, leadership teams of growth-oriented companies systematically and permanently improve.
Our day will begin with an issues analysis to evaluate the areas for improvement within your company. That exercise will help you select the next three breakouts that are right for your company as we focus on people, processes and metrics. These areas are defined as follows:
- People – It all comes down to getting the Right People in the Right Seats. Learn a consistent approach in evaluating the right fit for YOUR specific company and needs.
- Process – To scale, you need a documented process on how to do the most important things the right and best way, every time. We’ll show you how.
- Data – Managing based on personalities, ego and gut can be messy. We’ll share the EOS approach to managing with a handful of metrics that are right for YOUR unique company.
The day will close with a panel discussion with Northeast Ohio companies who have been successful in implementing EOS and using it as a tool to manage and grow their businesses. Whether you are new to these concepts, in the middle stages of implementation, or an experienced user, we are certain this experience will be beneficial to you.
The Greater Cleveland Middle Market Forum will feature four will feature Certified & Professional EOS Implementers® with years of experience working businesses. They include:
- Kimberly Dyer, CultureShoc
- Ron Kaminski, CultureShoc
