Veronica Cook-Euell established her consulting firm in 2003, and dba Euell Construction and Consulting Group in 2015, and having recently transitioned from Kent State University where she held the role as the Supplier Diversity Program Manager for about 10 years, she now devotes her expertise, full time, to her firm. 

In addition to her extensive career background in the area of supplier diversity, she has also demonstrated professional expertise in key areas of leadership include community relations and development, strategic planning and assessment, supplier diversity development, social services, diversity and inclusion, entrepreneurship, organizational training, and corporate virtual meeting consulting. Mrs. Cook-Euell has been a featured presenter on numerous occasions, both locally, statewide, and internationally, on the topic of supplier diversity, a few of which include an invitation by the U.S. Consulate, to present in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on: “Value Chain - Supplier Diversity as Mechanism to Advance Equality and Promote Economic Prosperity”, she has presented for the Asian Chamber of Commerce in Columbus, OH, and for the Kent State University, Women in Business Conference on Mentors/Sponsors, in 2019.

 

 

Vaughn

Vaughn P. Johnson is the Director of the Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC) at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland. Vaughn provides leadership, strategic oversight and vision necessary to ensure best practices in the delivery of business solutions. Vaughn brings extensive executive management experience to the MBAC team.

Known as a catalytic leader, Vaughn’s ability to create environments of high achievement led to he and his teams accounting for more than $1 billion delivered to the US economy, in combined business lending and institutional investing. This experience allowed him to see business needs from a panoramic perspective and has provided him with insight into the challenges of entrepreneurial enterprises.

Prior to joining MBAC, Vaughn spent 20 years in the commercial and community development banking and economic development industries and served as CEO at three banking institutions in various locations within the United States. He also founded VSERT Consulting Group, a consulting and funding firm specializing in facilitating solutions to problems for small businesses, community banks and development corporations. Vaughn was awarded a commendation by The Ohio House of Representatives for Unprecedented Excellence in Banking, Economic Development and Business Strategy.

 

Adkr

Adrian Krisak is The Lubrizol Corporation’s Indirect Procurement Manager for Corporate Services. She joined Lubrizol in 2018 as a Sourcing Manager before moving into her current role later in 2018. In her position, Adrian leads a team responsible for supporting the organization’s key initiatives by managing a strategic process for procuring Corporate Services. Adrian brings to Lubrizol a broad career of experience including roles in procurement, supply chain and accounting. Prior to joining Lubrizol, Adrian was the Director of Supply Chain at The MetroHealth System.

She previously had a long career in various roles at BFGoodrich, including working in their Specialty Polymer Chemicals division, which is now part of Lubrizol. Adrian earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace College.
