Cleveland City Council President Kevin Kelley was first elected in 2005 and continues to represent Ward 13, which includes Old Brooklyn and parts of the Stockyard neighborhoods. In 2014, he was unanimously chosen to continue on as council president. Council President Kelley is a graduate of Marquette University with a degree in economics. He also holds a Master’s Degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University and a JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
