About the GCP RITE HR IT Roundtable
As the region’s IT workforce alliance, RITE established the HR IT Roundtable in 2017. This employer group is a standing network of employers engaged through GCP Talent division which also organizes the GCP Internship Central Roundtable. The Roundtable includes IT Recruiters, IT Talent Acquisition Staff, and HR from Northeast Ohio companies that hire IT talent. GCP RITE’s HR IT Roundtable also provides a one-of-a-kind engagement platform for regional IT employers to work together on shared needs.
The HR IT Roundtable serves three functions:
Take Action: Develop creative and scalable solutions to employer needs through IT workforce initiatives and pilots.
Thought Leadership: Drive shared understanding of IT workforce needs and unified approaches to common workforce challenges
Learning Community: One-of-a-kind, peers-only network for best practices
