About the panelists:
Arlene Anderson is the Senior Manager of Diversity Solutions for the MetroHealth System. She is responsible for developing and implementing a best class supplier diversity program to support MetroHealth’s mission for the community. Ms. Anderson has over twenty years of experience in diversity, inclusion and equity. In 2008, she started Minority Business Solutions, Inc. (MBS), a full-service diversity consulting firm working in the areas of diversity program design, monitoring/compliance services and business development.
She is the former secretary of the Cleveland Branch NAACP and served as the interim executive director. She also served on the Board of Directors for the American Contract Compliance Association, Council of Economic Opportunities for Greater Cleveland (CEOGC), the East Cleveland Public Library and Black Women’s Political Action Committee. Arlene is a native Clevelander and attended Kent State University.
Camille Y. Bragg joined KeyBank in 2014 and is Vice President, Supplier Diversity Manager. Camille has over a decade of experience working in Supplier Diversity and economic inclusion. She works with internal and external stakeholders to foster inclusion in Key’s supply chain and drive engagement with diverse-owned businesses.
She has a B.A. in Spanish from Ohio University and an M.A. in Psychology, Diversity Management, from Cleveland State University.
Sheila Liszka is the manager of Procurement Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. She is responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services for Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh offices. Her responsibilities include implementing strategic procurement objectives, leading Federal Reserve System procurement initiatives, working with internal stakeholders on their procurement forecasts, and supplier diversity. Prior to working at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland she worked as a Sourcing Manager and Procure-to-Pay Operations Leader at The Dow Chemical Company.
Sheila obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and an MBA from Northwood University.
