About the GCP RITE HR IT Roundtable

As the region’s IT workforce alliance, RITE established the HR IT Roundtable in 2017. The Roundtable includes IT Recruiters, IT Talent Acquisition Specialists and IT Hiring Managers from Northeast Ohio companies that hire IT talent. An advisory group and venue for best practice sharing, the HR IT Roundtable also provides a one-of-a-kind engagement platform for regional IT employers to work together on shared IT talent acquisition needs.  The Roundtable is particularly focused on short-term, adult-focused workforce initiatives and will play a key role in the launch of Workforce Connect IT Sector Partnership. >> More information on Workforce Connect IT

About the HR IT Roundtable Meeting on November 19: Measuring the Immeasurable

At our November meeting, we will feature Michelle Leighton, Chief Talent Officer at Lifebanc. Michelle has over 20 years of Human Resources and Organization Development experience across various industries, including manufacturing, banking, insurance and healthcare.  Her proven leadership in talent management, development and business acumen earned her an HR Business Leader Award in 2016.

Michelle will explore a framework for leveraging creative data capture and analysis to optimize investments in sourcing, interviewing, on-boarding, development, and retention that enable competitive advantage in the marketplace.  We are particularly excited about this discussion because many of the data sets that are part of that framework are critical to assess our region’s effectiveness in delivering and retaining a highly qualified and diverse IT workforce.  Thus, these insights will also be an input into our Northeast Ohio Regional IT Workforce Development Performance Accountability initiative. >> More about this initiative
