Melanie Spicer is the Manager of Advanced Advertising at Spectrum Reach, the advertising arm of Spectrum. She works with businesses to identify and reach their audience through a myriad of digital tools including Streaming, Online display and video, Addressable and Search.  She is experienced in working in several verticals like healthcare, retail, B2B, QSR, financial, auto and government. She prides herself in understanding the client’s business for best results.


Prior to Spectrum, she spent several years at an advertising technology company, where she managed the Ohio Market of brands and agencies. She consulted and executed digital media campaigns in the areas of programmatic, video, audio, search, social, and site direct. She has been in the northeast Ohio media scene for many years at both Cleveland.com and WEWS-ABC’s website.
