Pursuant to the Code of Regulations of the Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP), the 2021 GCP Annual Meeting of Members will be held virtually on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, from 7:30 a.m. to 7:40 a.m. for the sole purpose of the confirmation of the election of Directors to the GCP Board. The election of Directors will be via electronic mail. If you would like to register to attend the Annual Meeting, please RSVP at email@example.com. All registered attendees will receive a link to the meeting no later than 24 hours in advance.
As the designated representative of a member company of the Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP), you are entitled to vote in the election of the GCP Board of Directors.
As indicated in the ballot, 25 nominees will be elected to three-year terms that expire in 2024, which includes new directors and those being re-elected to the GCP Board of Directors. There are 5 nominees to be elected to fill open seats in the Class of 2023, 2 nominees in the Class of 2022. Candidates in italics represent newly elected candidates. Pursuant to the Code, candidates have been recommended by a nominating committee. No nominations were received from the Members.

By checking the appropriate box in the ballot, you may either submit proxy instructions to vote for the entire slate of nominated candidates or submit proxy instructions to vote for individual nominees.
