GCP Equity & Inclusion has collected data and reported on the status of diversity and inclusion efforts in Northeast Ohio for sixteen years. Employers who complete the D&I Assessment receive immediate feedback and suggested resources that can be useful for internal diversity and inclusion strategic planning. The Assessment also provides aggregate data on the region’s workforce diversity.

Inclusion Conference

Annual day-long conference on the latest trends to effectively capitalize on diversity in the workplace. More than 200 GCP members attend this full-day conference to learn from regional, national and international speakers. 

CEO Forum

Top leadership commitment is essential to creating an inclusive culture. GCP Equity & Inclusion encourages leaders to sign a pledge committing action and resources to increase diversity at all levels of their organizations. The annual CEO Forum provides a venue to engage top leaders in a conversation about racial equity and inclusion.
