Middle-Market CEO Dialogue
What’s going on in health care is difficult to watch from the sidelines these days.
So can you imagine leading an organization with hundreds or thousands of employees and tens of thousands of customers depending on you?
Greater Cleveland Partnership Board Chair Rick Chiricosta, chairman, president and CEO of Medical Mutual (photo left), and GCP Board member Dr. Akram Boutros, president and CEO of The MetroHealth System (photo right), don’t have to imagine it—they live it every day.
They will share their perspectives on the change and challenges they have been managing in response to market forces and government-imposed shifts in the way they do business and serve their customers.
They’ll also discuss how to lead from the CEO’s seat in times of massive change and uncertainty and some of their strategies for staying focused on their long-term goals even in the midst of great uncertainty.
This forum is by invitation-only for middle-market CEOs and, to ensure a more intimate and candid conversation, is limited to 50 participants.
